Privacy Policy & Visual Data Governance

Last updated: October 2026 • Effective for all SeeEverything applications

1. Ephemeral Optical Processing

When you trigger a photo capture via your Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses or Android mobile app, the visual frame is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3. Images are held exclusively in temporary volatile RAM while being processed by our inference pipeline and Anthropic's Claude 3.5 Sonnet Vision API.

No image is ever stored to disk or persistent databases. Once the audio description is returned to your device, the frame is immediately purged.

2. No AI Training on User Data

We operate under strict commercial API agreements with Anthropic. In accordance with Anthropic’s Trust & Safety terms, data sent via the Claude API is never used to train or improve foundation models. Your daily visual reality remains entirely confidential.

3. Bystander Anonymity & Face Masking

We respect the privacy of bystanders in public spaces. Where possible, on-device pre-processing modules detect and blur human faces before the frame leaves the client device, focusing AI attention solely on spatial obstacles, paths, and requested text.

4. Regulatory Compliance

SeeEverything is architected to exceed standards for GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation), KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698), and HIPAA privacy guidelines regarding private medical packaging.
